Paula Winzar

Paula Winzar founded and developed the world’s first Social Enterprise Qualification for young people as part of her work as Head of Qualifications & Skills at the Real Ideas Organisation.

Prior to this, Paula worked for the Arts Council helping young people to gain new skills through the Arts — in particular setting up and managing the Arts Award across the South West. Paula has also worked in higher education supporting Falmouth University to build partnerships with private education providers to deliver degree programmes in the arts.

As a freelancer, she has worked with clients such as a Premier League football club to write their schools’ Social Enterprise Programme.

Paula has a Master’s degree in Creative Writing, a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, and is also an alumni of the Faber Academy Writing a Novel course — she is currently writing a novel for young adults.
