Steph is a Bristol-based factual series producer, director, and story consultant. She is a memeber of BAFTA Elevate, and the BBC/Youtube’s CreateXConnect programme, specialising in Digital Content Strategy.

Steph makes prime-time factual series and documentaries in all kind of genres, but history, arts and docudrama are particular passions – as well as anything that has a fantastic story at its heart.

Steph’s Series Producer roles include Ancient Murders Unearthed and Kate Garraway’s Life Stories. She produced and directed ITV’s Visionary Award-nominated Ashley Banjo: Britain in Black and White, as well as Who Do You Think You Are?Back In Time For School, How To Spend It Well At Christmas, Charles I: Killing A King, Elizabeth and Margaret: Love and Loyalty, Timeshift, and The One Showwhere she also twice-led BBC Studios’ development teams in Cardiff.

She supports production talent by consulting on pitch decks and scripts, giving masterclasses, mentoring, and as Co-Founder/Director of BUNS (Bristol Unscripted Network). She is a host and trustee of Bath Festivals, and has been a jury member for various television awards.

She also writes and directs fiction – some shortlisted for awards.
