Rebecca King is the author of the Ember Shadows trilogy, a magical middle-grade adventure series published with Hachette Children’s Group.
She spent three years as a journalist after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism before she moved to China, where she spent three years teaching. After another three years living abroad in Slovakia, where she gained a master’s in Creative Writing from Manchester Metropolitan University, Rebecca is back in the UK. She lives in Cheshire with her Chinese rescue dog, Mushu, and spends her time reading, writing and planning her next trip.
