Fiona is a writer and editor with a background in copywriting and developing creative content. She’s worked in a range of roles across three continents, but fiction is where her heart lies.
She has an MA in Professional Writing and is due to complete an MFA in summer 2017. Her work has been published print and online, turned into audio recordings, performed in front of live audiences and engraved on wood, Perspex and glass.
Fiona is currently working on her second YA novel and developing an idea for a children’s picture book.

Start a collection of items which you can use if you get stuck for inspiration – a newspaper article, a photograph, or an unusual pebble you found on the beach can be a great starting point for a piece of writing.
